We offer a range of online coaching services to our athletes from the beginner to the elite. Whether you are looking for custom running or SwimRun coaching, a marathon training plan, strength & conditioning coaching, a training load consultation, or just a leg-up in becoming more knowledgeable in sports science, we’ve got you covered. Your mental and physical health is our top priority, therefore, we also offer supportive consultations and training plans specific to your training & injury history and goals. We also understand you have other commitments such as family and work. For this reason, we tailor all our programs to work around what’s best for the current and future you! Athletes making use of our custom coaching will have unlimited e-mail and text communication with Coach Rebecca & a monthly phone call.

8 - 20 week custom training plan
Do you simply need a custom built training plan for a race? We offer 8 - 20 week training plans customized to your physiology, needs, and goals. This service does not include training load monitoring or adjustments to the plan. Cost is $50 per 4-week of training for running & $65 per 4-weeks of training for multisport. Payment for the full plan is due up front.-
